A New Arena for Brooklyn Nets

Brooklyn Nets (formerly known as New Jersey Nets) released a set of photos revealing the inside of their newly constructed home arena. The arena is called Barclays Center; it was named after Barclays PLC - a multinational banking and financial services company from London. The company reportedly paid the team $400 million for the arena's naming rights but it was renegotiate down to $200 million. The cost of arena is currently projected at $1 billion; it has a crowd capacity of 18, 103 for an NBA game.

You really have to wonder if the black and white color-theme of the team's logo and arena has something to do with its part time owner Jay-Z; black and white has been his colour trademark.
