LeBron "King" James Chosen as NBA2K14's Cover Athlete

LeBron James will be on the cover of NBA 2K14 and believe it or not, it's only going to be his first time to appear for any basketball video game as a cover-athlete. 2K Sports made its official announcement during the game one of NBA Finals which was a great marketing strategy in my opinion because the championship series can be seen in 215 countries across different platforms such as televisions, PCs, tablets and smartphones. 

Once you pre-order the game, you will receive King James Bonus Pack. Included on the bonus pack are the following:

• Bonus Content For Path to Greatness
• LeBron James Unlocked in Blacktop
• LeBron James Signature Skill
• 10, 000 Virtual Currency

NBA 2K14 will hit stores in October 1, 2013 for XBOX 360 and PS3. Unfortunately, the game will not be available on WII U console as 2K Sports developers have their main focus on creating the game for XBOX ONE and PS4 users.

Kobe Bryant Joins Twitter

While I was watching the Spurs-Lakers game earlier, I was surprised when one member of the commentary team said, Kobe Bryant has officially created his own Twitter account few days ago. I was shocked by this as basketball fans know that Kobe has always been private about his life. Maybe Mr. Bryant realized, as a well-known figure, he has an obligation to at least share some interesting moments in his life to the public particularly to his fans.

He had his first tweet last January 4:
