I have done my share of voting moments ago and I was completely bias for Robert Downey and The Avengers but I believe the award for "Favorite On-Screen Chemstry" belongs to Emma and Andrew.

Please! If you have time to spare, vote for my favorites as well.

The 39th People's Choice Awards will be held January 9, 2013 at the Nokia Theatre and will be broadcast live on CBS at 9:00 pm Eastern Time.

The event will be hosted by Kaley Cuoco.

My Blogsite Messed Up

I don't know what the hell happened to my blogsite last Tuesday. My blogsite's background image and all the pictures that I posted suddenly turned into this:

I have no idea if problems like this occur naturally on Blogger because I'm a newbie; I really have no choice but to re-upload all the images that I posted to this blogsite and re-arrange my template settings. If it is all about copyright issues then, Google should have gave me a warning first  but when I checked my e-mail I did not receive any notifications from them.

I hope problems like this only occur once because doing the same thing that I did before for this blogsite is such a time waster.

NBA Live 13 Cancelled

An unfortunate news came for the gamers who are waiting for an NBA Live comeback as EA Sports have decided not to release NBA Live 13 this October. According to EA Sports executive vice president Andrew Wilson, "We felt like we were on the right path....But making great games is not easy....It's clear that we won't be ready in October....We're going to sit out the full year and stay focused on making next year's game great."

The last time EA Sports released an NBA Live game was in 2009. Meanwhile, in 2010 it was announced that the NBA Live series would be renamed to NBA Elite but it was re-branded again to its original name.

The release of NBA Elite 11 in 2010 was delayed before it got cancelled  eventually on PS3 and XBOX 360

I understand that developing a console game is hard but the team of EA Sports had three years to fix any problems that they were having with NBA LIVE. On a side note, I'm still waiting for a console game where I can play FIBA World Championships.

A New Arena for Brooklyn Nets

Brooklyn Nets (formerly known as New Jersey Nets) released a set of photos revealing the inside of their newly constructed home arena. The arena is called Barclays Center; it was named after Barclays PLC - a multinational banking and financial services company from London. The company reportedly paid the team $400 million for the arena's naming rights but it was renegotiate down to $200 million. The cost of arena is currently projected at $1 billion; it has a crowd capacity of 18, 103 for an NBA game.

You really have to wonder if the black and white color-theme of the team's logo and arena has something to do with its part time owner Jay-Z; black and white has been his colour trademark.

Jerry Lawler Suffered a Legitimate Heart Attack During WWE RAW

While a tag-team match was taking place between Daniel Bryan, Kane and The Prime Time Players, Jerry Lawler suddenly collapses at the announcers' table. WWE's medical team immediately rushed to check Lawler's condition, then he was brought backstage on a stretcher.  They performed CPR on Lawler before taking him to a hospital.

Michael Cole (Lawler's commentary partner) remained on the announcers' table to clarify that the scary moment involving Jerry Lawler was not part of episode's "entertainment". He also stated no commentaries will be further made in relation to wrestling story lines out of respect for his commentary partner; instead, he gave continuous developments about Lawler's condition. Before RAW went off the air, Cole made his final update, he said Lawler's condition has stabilized.

I appreciate Cole's professionalism during the frightening event. He was clearly shocked and out of place but he did everything on his power to make sure that WWE fans were well-aware about the situation. He also made a plea to his partner to be strong and fight like he always has and also encouraged the people to keep their prayers up for Jerry "The King" Lawler.
